Inthe views of Taylor, "The fundamental principles of scientificmanagement are applicable to all human activities from our simplestindividual acts to the work of our great corporations."According to Fayol, "Principle of management are flexible andnot absolute but must be utilised in the light of changing and socialconditions." Efficient and successful management depends onwell-conceived principles. These principles may not be absolute. Theprinciple must reflex the aspirations of the Science and the purposefor which they have been originally conceived. This is possible onlywhen the principles acquire a flexible character which in its turnwill offer scope for debates and deliberations and tests.
